Managing Partner

Brett, co-founder and managing partner of ProTenant brings ten years of experience in commercial real estate consulting and brokerage. His core focus is assisting companies to develop and implement short and long-term, comprehensive real estate strategies. After working for seven years with a national firm, Brett decided that service based brokerage was a niche missing from all the volume driven requirements of large firms. Brett’s role as Managing Partner is to instill that service focus throughout the entire organization, while expanding the firm’s market share.

Brett’s areas of expertise include: lease negotiations, restructures, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, build-to-suits, and cash flow analysis of lease vs. purchase alternatives. Brett’s service based mind set provides clients with the piece of mind that long-term strategies and solutions will be based on unparalleled operational and financial investigation. In the past three years Brett has negotiated lease transactions valued at over $160 million.

Brett attended Colorado State University and holds a major in Finance and minor in Economics. He volunteers as the varsity head coach for Golden High School hockey and continues to play hockey as well as competitive curling.

David has earned several prestigious awards including, but not limited to, Rookie of the Year in 1988 and Largest Transaction in Washington, D.C. in 1994.

David attended Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, graduating with a BA and BS in Economics and Finance. He was also a member of the Varsity tennis team.
